Returns & Exchanges

GodoverGlory returns & exchanges policy: 

 

In the case where GodoverGlory made a mistake, we will pay for shipping that order back to us and will then send you the correct products. GodoverGlory is extremely diligent in ensuring that orders are sent correctly so this is a very rare occurrence- apologies in advance if this happens to you! 

 

In the case where a product doesn't fit correctly or you are unsatisfied with your purchase (we work hard to make sure the latter is never the case!), you are able to receive an equal-value exchange or full refund. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the product back to GodoverGlory. For the refund or exchange request to be processed, the request must be submitted within 30 days of the product being received. The product must returned be in its original condition and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged for the return or exchange to be processed. 

 

How to process a return/exchange: 

 

For all communications regarding returns or exchanges, use the chat button in the Contact Us section on the website home page or email orders@godoverglory.com.

 

If GodoverGlory has made a mistake in your order, follow these instructions: please include your order number, the name and email on the order, and a photo displaying the incorrect item and packing slip in your email communication. Once we confirm the mistake, we will respond by arranging to pay for your shipping label to send the product back to us. 

 

If the product didn't fit correctly or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, follow these instructions: please include your order number, the name and email on the order, and the reason for your exchange or refund. If the product is approved as eligible to be returned/exchanged, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and providing us with a tracking number for the package (your shipping carrier will provide this to you). The return address should on the package should be listed as 918 S State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. 

 

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within one week or less of the product being received.
